FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY CONCERNS
We try our best to meet specific dietary needs but are unable to cater to dietary preferences. If you have food allergies or other dietary concerns, they must be noted when you register for camp, or submitted no later than one week prior to your event, so the kitchen can prepare accordingly.
PAYMENT OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit, Cash or Cheque payments. Multiple payments are an option as long as we have received a deposit. The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival.
In the event of a cancellation there is a non-refundable deposit fee per person. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. All cancellations must be received in writing (email) and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org right away.
Please know that we try our best to accommodate all cabin requests. That being said, from time to time we have to reorganize and shift people around so that other families can attend. If you have a specific cabin request, please register before May 31st.
